The Traditional Treatment
Lanico Media House is a traditional publishing company that offers all authors, whether traditional or assisted, the opportunity to produce a professional book and present it to the world. With distribution in the United States, Canada and the U.K., Lanico Media House books can be found alongside any other. And with professional editors and design staff who have nearly 50 years of combined publishing experience, all of our books get the "star" treatment.
LMH keeps authors involved in the total publication process. Our contracts are only 3-5 years. Our average publication turnaround is about 120 days. And with several marketing professionals, many of our titles go on to perform well enough to secure shelf space. Lanico Media House is the best option for today's authors.

Assisted Publication Services
Traditional publishing is usually the goal. But in traditional publishing, you do not have control of your book. You lose a lot of creative rights and have to settle for small royalties on book sales. With Lanico Media House every author must give final approval on what goes to print with their name on it. Not every book is a good fit for traditional publishing and neither are all authors. Thus we also offer assisted publication services. An added benefit is that based upon sales performance, you can earn traditional contract status.
We have three publication packages for those who do not qualify for traditional, low-royalty publication. No fee financing is available for our platinum package:
$1499 Silver publication services, basic edit, 3 months of marketing support, royalties up to 40 percent
$1799 Gold publication services, edit and proofing, 6 months of marketing support, royalties up to 45 percent
$2199 Platinum publication including edit, proofing, reviews, 1 year of marketing and royalties up to 50 percent
A La Carte - upgrade your publishing package --OR -- create your own with our services/help
a la carte services must be paid for in full unless written agreement is made in a publishing contract for payments with a full service Lanico Media House publishing agreement.
1. Audio Book add-on $525 ($150 on the Platinum package)
2. Cover Design: FULL cover (front and back) $350. Front cover only (for ebook) $200
3. Editing and Interior File Design $500
If you require more than light editing or formatting, we reserve the right to charge per page for that at our discretion. This has become the standard in the publishing industry across the board. If you desire/need/want help in-depth to make your book a success (even if we do not publish it) we can make arrangements to assist with that to get you publisher ready. Those services and prices will vary according to need. We reserve the right to charge either by the page, by word count, or by the hour and will be happy to give you an estimate once we consult with you about your specific needs.
